Yo I’ve been absent for a while but not inactive. In a whole city with a whole new vibe, I get to sit down and really think when I’m not workin. One thing that crosses my mind is what’s really hot? What’s the best of the best? So I’d like to share my opinion with with everybody. Introducing Donny G’s Hot top five’s where I decide just that. And if you don’t agree, it’s only fair that I let you know I could give a shit less. Let me start off by naming the top five Anime’s of all time!!!!!!!! (this should start an argument)

#5 Yu Yu Hakusho

Needless to say is one of the most popular Animes to ever get pushed in America to date. When people started to get a little over the DBZ phase, Yusuke was on the screen with tha green fit kickin ass and shooting spirit guns from his finger tips. Let’s not forget Kuwabara, Hiei, and Kurama. Everybody had dope powers and fought through the dark tournament to get to Toguro, or as I like to call him, “Bullet finger guy”. Hands down, this is one of the fewer early 90 animes with the story line and character development that can actually compete with the plethora of stuff they have out there today

#4 Deathnote

Ok although this isn’t one of my favorite anime’s I’d be lynched if I didn’t through this in. Deathnote was actually voted #1 anime of 2010 ao it’s not like I can deny it’s popularity or the fact that it’s actually not half bad. For thosewho don’t know the basics, its about this kid named Light who comes across this notebook and all he has to do is write down thename of the person he wants dead, they get a heart attack, and they’re gone. I mean he can even write how he want’s them to die, the time; all that good stuff. I bought a notebook that looked just like that but considering my teacher lived 2 give me an exam, I take it I lost out on 25 bucks. Any way he goes insane trying to make the world a better place, this dope ass Detective dude named L tries to stop em, yada yada yada. You know the rest

#3 Cowboy Bebob!!!!

This one is for the whole crew. Especially Zel and De’ cuz I know just how upset they’re gonna be to know that Samurai 7 (Zel) and Samurai Champloo (De’) were actually waaaayyy lower in the ratings then I expected to be included in the top 5, but Cowboy Bebop should redeem us all!!! I mean it’s a show about space bounty hunters!!! What other reason could you need for watching this? Spike, Jet, Valentine, Ed, Vicious?!?! It’s only 26 episodes so go watch da shit if you haven’t. Get Loose

#2 It’s a tie all over

Of course it would be a tie between Bleach and Naruto. The Shounen franchises have been neck and neck for the past couple years and quite frankly I can’t tell which one is better. The one about the spiky head kid with blond hair who just wants to be hokage, or the about the spiky haired kis with orange who just wants……hmmmm…..uhhhh……peace of mind? Well look regardless both have totally taken over the anime scene and have shitted on mangas left in right. In America you’re lucky to meet someone who knows any more then these two, and who can complain. Naruto is the story of a kid who struggles his ass off to become Hokage of his country despite the fact that his body is also the vessel of the beast that once let loose and destroyed it. Bleach is the story of a kid name Ichigo who turned into a soul reaper in order to protect his town while also trying to stay in school. Both of these stories have an amazing set of characters and feature some of the best plot development seen in any anime series.
#1 Dragon Ball Z

Do you remember your first kiss? Remember 3^rd grade? Remember all the times mom kicked your ass? DBZ does. Back in the day, before most of us even knew what anime was, DBZ totally dominated the lives of most elementary kids, a good grip of teenagers, and even adults. Plot development? The illest. Characters? The sickest. All together DBZ was full blown aids. Who can honestly forget Goku snapping and his hair turning gold for the first time. Between the show, movies, and video games, Dragon Ball Z easily goes down as the best anime of all time!!!!!!!!!!!!!
